Warehouse

Our warehouse is operated using some of the latest technology allowing us to provide our customers with a fast, reliable and accurate system.

Hand held units contain our pick-slips negating the need for paper copies. The workers simply carry around the units to pick the stock it provides them with all the information they need including stock number, bin location and quantity required.

Once the user finds the stock they then scan the barcode and the unit will indicate whether or not this is the correct stock via a beep. So if the wrong stock is picked the user instantly knows they have the wrong item avoiding costly delays to the retailer.

The hand held system can also show variations on orders and what is out of stock.

Other added benefits of the electronic hand held system is that it can transfer finished orders immediately for invoicing further reducing delays.

Stock levels can be easily updated as stock arrives and stocktaking made more accurate with this system. Levels are automatically updated in the system providing sales staff with up to date information for customers.

Sales Force

Our latest implementation on Sales Force Application provides us with a real time ordering system to customers. It provides a faster turn around time and more reliable to both our sales team and more importantly our valuable customers.

The sales team keep with a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) with a built in laser scanner for scanning barcodes. It is also equipped with Bluetooth wireless technology that pair with to a Bluetooth enabled mobile phone and connects to the Internet. The submission of the order is fast and reliable. It also regular updates the stock level and data with our warehouse distribution system in turns to provide the latest information to our customers.
